PRF Treatment in Nashville, TN
PRF (Platelet-Rich Fibrin) is a cutting-edge, all-natural, and minimally-invasive skin rejuvenation treatment that restores your skin by harnessing your body’s own healing power. At Hi, Finch, let us help you hit your PR(F)! This regenerative procedure uses a small sample of the patient’s blood to stimulate collagen production, reverse signs of aging, and improve skin texture. We offer both PRF liquid and PRF EZGel options — PRF liquid is ideal for subtle skin texture improvement when combined with microneedling, while PRF EZgel combines growth factors with a gel matrix for injections, leading to longer-lasting volume and advanced skin rejuvenation.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is PRF?
Platelet rich fibrin (PRF) is the liquid portion of your blood, known as plasma. Plasma is mostly water, but the specific method of centrifugation of the blood for PRF leads the plasma to contain a high concentration of platelets, mesenchymal stem cells, and fibrin. These components encourage healing and remodeling of the tissue where the product is injected, causing increased collagen stimulation, elastin production, and increased blood flow to this area.
What is the difference between PRF and PRP?
Platelet rich plasma (PRP) and platelet rich fibrin (PRF) are similar, but PRF contains the concentrated platelets, fibrin clot, and mesenchymal stem cells, which are absent in PRP. The fibrin clot created with PRF is sustained in the tissue leading to a slow release of growth factors, while PRP gives off a burst of platelets immediately after treatment.
How many tubes of blood need to drawn for this treatment?
For PRF ezGel, 2 tubes of blood are drawn. For PRF add-on to microneedling, 1 tube of blood is drawn.
